Railway Wall ~ Industrial Upper ~ Industrial Lower ~ Sewerage Length ~ John Cottons
Ganny Lock ~ Elland & Lowfields

The Railway Wall length runs from the bridge over the Calder in Brighouse to the limit you can see in the distance, (about 200m) where it meets farmland at Lillands. Fishing is from the left bank upstream and offers mixed fishing to whatever method chosen though stick and feeder are the more popular. Unfortunately trout are now predominant though chub, roach, perch and an occasional ide are to be had. Access is alongside the railway viaduct with a path and steps at a few points. Some of the pegs are difficult to get to and great care should be taken at all times. The length is not suitable for many disabled anglers.

All anglers will require a key which is available on deposit from calder anglers supplies.
