Looking east, this length is opposite to Park Wood Crematorium and runs behind the 'Colliers Arms' with foot access over the locks at both ends of the length. The far end is accessed via a narrow path at the end of the bungalow. This length is not suitable for wheelchairs! Platforms are provided along the reed bed though they are often overgrown. This is a good 'bankers' section all year though it can have its off days. Lots of smaller fish (roach and small skimmers) with the occasional good roach, perch and chub. Averaging 16m wide with reed beds at each end, the track is a steady 1.5m deep. Smaller baits often work well on this length.
