Industrial UpperViewed looking west, this is the upper stretch of the water. The river runs parallel to and past the Armitage road industrial estate. Parking can be difficult (double yellow lines everywhere) but there are some spaces to be had on the side streets that run up to the river. 'Please respect entrances to industrial premises'. The banks are quite reasonable but pegs may need some clearing. Caster and hemp can be a killing combination but the maggot also works well. Minnows are a problem but roach some bream, chub, trout and small barbell show. Unfortunately, access and the banks are not suitable for wheelchairs. This water is shared with the Bradford No1 A.A.
