Viewed looking west, this length has recently been restocked with some larger bream, roach, and tench. Now proving to be a more consistent length, it is throwing up the occasional good chub if you are prepared to try various pegs along the length. Reasonably deep down the track (1.75m appx), the middle part of the section has a wide far shelf with reed beds in a few places. The length is up to 18m wide in parts, the upper end having overhanging trees that can cost you rigs without care. Chopped worm can work wonders as can the punch but stock baits are productive..
